As e.near’s Compliance Officer, you will be:

• Responsible for projects, trades, and special transactions for our Financial Engineering Team

•  Implementation of various national & international regulatory requirements

•  Support in drafting and implementing internal Policies

•  Preparation of memoranda on specific Regulatory and Compliance issues

•  Assisting in Compliance monitoring activities

•  Support in Compliance-specific projects on a case-by-case basis

•  Review of Marketing Material and respective advice to business areas

•  Review and implementation of legal opinions with regard to cross-border business


Required Skills:

• Law degree and at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, as inhouse counsel or compliance officer

• Active interest in compliance themes, national and international financial markets- and financial instruments-/derivatives regulations

• Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude

• Ability to work independently and to take initiative

• Ability to work under pressure, manage own goals and set up priorities

• Fluency in English; German, French and other European languages are of advantage

• Very good MS Office skills
