 As e.near’s HR Specialist, you will have:

• Manage the recruitment process for Lisbon

• Responsible for the HR administration

• Conduct employee onboarding

• Support line manager and employees in various HR related topics

• Position the client as an Employer of choice

• Advise on local market standards

• Update the HRM system and prepare HR reports on a monthly basis

•  Support the payroll tasks


Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven work experience as a Junior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist in an international environment and preferably in the financial services area for at least 3 years

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; open-minded personality,

•  High ethical standards

•  Team player with a proactive attitude and a resourceful mindset

•  Profound knowledge of the labor law & regulations in Portugal

•  Fluency in English (written and spoken)
