As e.near’s Product Owner, you will:

Define the product:

• Based on the Product Guidelines, the PO shall define the Product’s features’ map and functional specification that should be developed

• Based on those Feature Map and functional specifications, the PO shall schedule the deliveries/establish a “delivery planning” in cooperation with the Lead DEV

•  The PO shall define the dependencies with other modules that compose the overall product and plan the related milestones

 

Deliver the product:

• Build the Product backlog & define the sprint’s contents; priorities being defined in agreement with the PM

• Validate the sprint’s delivery and demonstrate the features to the PM

• Reports development’s KPI to delivery manager and Product line manager

 

Maintain Product’s operational conditions:

• Monitor product’s functional and performance validation

• Follow up the production’s bugs and ensure their fixing

• Pilot the product’s evolution and deliveries

• Report the new feature’s development’s KPIs to the delivery Manager and the product line manager

• Report the legacy product status to the product line manager and Project director

• Ability to listen to the customer's needs

• Relational faculty to interact constructively with all stakeholders

• Ability to adapt to requests arriving from multiple horizons

• Rationalization of requests and ability to challenge these demands and potentially advance/push them

• Ability to coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for a common result

• Pilot the implementation of new features

• Understand the qualities of delivery teams but also the limits

• Know how to delegate
