Description:
As e.near’s IT Recruiter, you will:
• Sourcing potential candidates on niche or other technical/professional platforms
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities according to technical and soft skill sets
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Compose job offer letters
• Onboard new hires
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Required Skills:
• Bachelor or Graduation degree in any general area or IT Engineering
• + 2 and years of previous experience in IT Recruitment (Mandatory), specially working for Outsourcing companies our Nearshore Companies.
• Excellent IT skillset, specifically on Microsoft Excel and/or PowerPoint
• Client-oriented team player with strong analytical mindset, who can work under pressure and is well organized
• Honest, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated and passioned about her/his work
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal (Level B1 or B2)
