Description:

 

As e.near’s Procurement Analyst, you will:

• Be part of the procurement team which is responsible for the selection, onboarding, and management of suppliers

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to review proposals, negotiate with suppliers, and select the best suited offering

• Ensure that the contract management database is up to date and the business adheres to the policies & procedures in place

• Coordinate the invoice approval workflow and work on the yearly budgeting process

• Manage the internal approval workflow for individual IT and Facility related requests

• Overview the global travel approval workflow, maintain the booking tool and liaise where needed with the external travel agency

• Maintain the global seating / space planning with an adequate software

• Coordinate various operational topics between internal and external stakeholders

 

Required Skills:

•  Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting

•  Team player with strong analytical mindset, who is able to work under pressure and is well organized

•  A problem-solver who is proactive and open minded with advanced communication skills

•  Proficient in English, both written and verbal
